Must Haves :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of HR experience, experienced generalist level
  • Knowledge of CA employment law
  • Some exposure to employee relations
  • Either manufacturing or tech experience
  • Experience with onboarding and terminations
  • Preferred :Semiconductor/manufacturing industry
  • Multi-location support experience
  • Strong communicator/independent

HR Generalist

Position Overview:

Looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR services. The successful candidate will apply practical and pragmatic HR practices and solutions across a range of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management. The position requires a self-motivated, hands-on, customer-service orientated individual.

  • Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborates with site leadership and management to support the organization’s goals and strategy related to all Human Capital Initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance for employee relations, and career development.
  • Supports, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resources, compliance and strategy needs.
  • Administers human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
  • Supports staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) management system.
  • Supports and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as required.

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

  • Education and Experience :Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years post graduate HR experience required.
  • Manufacturing and or Semi- Conductor Experience preferred.
