Job Description

Responsible for design and development of Automotive HVAC systems and components.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D, 3D and solid models & harnesses with Solid Works (Experience with sheet metal)
• Design and development of new product.
• Development of wiring harness design.
• Development of electrical schematics
• Maintains day to day engineering design activities.
• Write project documentations.
• Assists R&D Engineer who builds, install and test Proto-type automotive AC and heat systems.
• Check technical accuracy of work.
• Develop cost estimates.
• Running Test Room Machinery including HVAC Testers.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Able to perform tasks in relation to the company’s engineering plan.
• Consistently implements established processes and procedures.
• All other duties assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills:

• Uses MS office application software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), in the performance of daily works and activities.
• Uses appropriate problem-solving tools for a given problem situation.
• Maintains professionalism in communicating with customers.
• Experience in 12/24/48/80/400/600/800 VDC and 115/230/480AC
• Knowledge of safety procedures to work with a high voltage product.
• Experienced with HVAC design a plus.
