Kraft & Associates, Attorneys at Law, P.C. is an established law firm near downtown Dallas specializing in Personal Injury and Social Security Disability.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a legal assistant at Kraft & Associates. The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up and processing pre-litigation auto accident cases. Duties include new client interviews, documenting new client files, sorting incoming mail, requesting police reports, ordering medical records and bills, updating medical providers, and assisting with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed. Will also back up the receptionist as needed. This is a full-time position with regular business hours, a benefits package, and paid parking in a friendly, business-casual work environment. Must be able to type, be comfortable using Microsoft Office utilities (Outlook, Word, etc.), and have good telephone skills. Must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required. Please only apply if you are in the DFW, Texas area. This is not a remote position.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
