LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a full-time temporary Legal Assistant in San Francisco, CA!

Responsibilities:

• Supporting attorneys with all aspects of litigation including discovery, court filings, calendaring and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting multiple attorneys in insurance defense/coverage litigation
• Thorough working knowledge of and experience with electronic filing within the Federal and California court systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Must demonstrate a proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward independently
• Experience in insurance defense/coverage litigation is preferred.

Salary:

$30-$40 an hour
