About the Role

Pella CT-NY is seeking an energetic, professional individual passionate about marketing and branding to join our team. Reporting directly to the owner, this individual would manage all social media accounts and support the planning and execution of local marketing efforts. Working out of our Norwalk Showroom, this individual would also manage the showroom and interact directly with customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all company social media accounts to drive local organic presence.
  • Capture customer testimonials and content during field visits to fuel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate participation in local community events, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
  • Lead and coordinate showroom-based events for customers, builders, and designers.
  • Support planning and execution of local advertising efforts (radio, magazines, and more), and proactively seek out new local lead generation sources.
  • Work with Pella Web Team to manage and optimize our company website ( to drive local traffic, leads, and engagement through relevant information, blogs, pictures, etc.
  • Work from our Norwalk Showroom four out of five days a week from Monday through Friday. Work one day a week in the field with sales reps, customers or to secure local marketing content. Exceptions can be made to accommodate schedules as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between walk-in customers and the sales representatives.
  • Schedule and coordinate in-person sales appointments generated from showroom visits.

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, showroom/customer-facing roles, event coordination, or related field.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus.

· Passionate about marketing, branding, and community engagement.

· Proficiency with social media platforms and basic website management tools preferred.

· Creative and organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence.

· Comfortable interacting with homeowners, designers, and business partners in a showroom setting.
