Job Description

Product Marketers craft inspirational stories and deliver groundbreaking product demos to people around the world. We develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.

Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate Product Marketing Manager to own the Service Cloud go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Regulated Industries (REG) and Global Public Sector (GPS) Operating Units (OUs). In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to OU leadership, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders-deeply understanding the unique needs, priorities, and market dynamics of each OU and ensuring those are represented across marketing, product, enablement, and field execution.

You will play a critical role in developing and executing targeted programs that support Service Cloud pipeline generation, accelerate deal velocity, and enable sales success within each OU. This includes building tailored value propositions, competitive positioning, and customer-facing narratives that resonate with public sector and regulated industry customer service buyers.

The ideal candidate thrives in complex, matrixed environments and has a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment. You should be comfortable influencing at all levels of the organization, from sales reps to executives, and bring strong presentation skills, business acumen, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and action.

Responsibilities

* Be the Service Cloud GTM expert for the REG and GPS OUs, aligning with their unique needs and priorities

* Build enablement that clearly communicates value to REG and GPS sellers and customers

* Partner with events teams to showcase OU-relevant content across industry and proprietary events

* Align with REG and GPS distribution leaders to drive sales programs and pipeline growth

* Create enablement materials that simplify Service Cloud positioning for OU sellers

* Define Sales Plays and content aligned to REG and GPS priorities and marketing campaigns

* Translate product and marketing initiatives into actionable programs for OU sales teams

* Develop industry-specific content-webinars, blogs, events, and case studies-for REG and GPS

* Present confidently to REG and GPS audiences, from internal teams to external events

What does the ideal candidate look like?

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales, or go-to-market background

* Experience leading and inspiring a team of marketers.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers

* Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders

* Ability to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, presentation decks, product data sheets, and more).

* Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.

* Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with the products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms preferred

* Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity

* A winning attitude that inspires optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!

Pay Range: $30 - $50

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
