Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time Nights
Location: Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN
Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | Night Shift | Weekend Rotation Required

What You’ll Do on the Night Shift:
- Oversee the health and safety of residents overnight
- Complete clinical assessments and ensure proper documentation
- Administer medications and monitor chronic conditions
- Respond confidently to resident concerns and emergencies
- Communicate with families and staff about changes in care
- Collaborate with caregivers to provide a seamless, person-centered care experience
What You Bring to the Role:
- Active LPN license in Minnesota
- Geriatric or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Compassionate presence with clear, calm communication
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required
