Every purchase supports economic empowerment and environmental sustainability. Our newest retail location is opening at the San Jose Airport, and we’re looking for passionate, personable Sales Associates to join our mission-forward team.

What You’ll Do

Engage warmly with customers, sharing the stories behind our artisan-made products

Drive sales through meaningful connection and storytelling

Educate travelers about the impact of their purchase on women’s lives and environmental sustainability

Keep the store visually beautiful and stocked

Handle POS transactions and maintain store cleanliness and organization

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A self-starter who is energized by mission-driven work

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and isn’t afraid to sell with heart

Interest in sustainability, social justice, global development, or ethical fashion (a big plus but not required)

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and early/late airport hours

Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in customer service, retail, or sales

Bilingual skills

Personal interest in ethical or artisan-made products
