Job Summary: As a Parts Counter Sales representative at Starling Automotive Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling parts and accessories for vehicles. You will maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure that their needs are met by providing product knowledge and recommendations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary in the auto industry located in St. Cloud, Florida. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. • Greet customers and assist them in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
• Provide expert product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed
• Document all sales and customer interactions in the company's database
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a positive and efficient workflow
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least 1 year dealership experience in the parts department
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills and using a database
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
