We handle serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. A boutique law firm by choice, we strive to deliver exceptional legal representation and customer service to our clients. We know that a great team requires great people – from top to bottom. We are seeking a fourth attorney to join our growing team.

The Position

The candidate hired for this position will handle cases from intake through disbursement. We seek an attorney with a least five (5) years of experience handling motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation and litigation. This position requires a track record of demonstrating results and adding value to significant and/or complex personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Please Note: If you do not have at least five (5) years of experience handling personal injury cases, your application will be rejected. This is not an entry level position.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Extensive pre-litigation and litigation experience.
• Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
• Substantial experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing all types of motions, and handling day-to-day case management.
• Ability to work autonomously and with direction from the managing partner.
• An individual who is highly ethical, motivated, and will go the extra-mile.
• Trial experience and Plaintiff-side experience is preferred.

• Submit a current resume.
• Submit two (2) deposition transcripts that you believe best demonstrate your ability. One should be a deposition of a party, the other should be an expert deposition.
• Submit two (2) memorandums, one for a discovery motion and one for a non-discovery motion, that you have drafted and argued.
