Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Power Platform Developer with strong SharePoint experience to join our team. In this role, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform to build and customize applications that meet evolving business needs. A key part of this role involves working with SharePoint—migrating libraries, enhancing existing sites, and performing basic administration tasks—as well as integrating external data sources through Power Automate.

All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must:

• Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from an accredited institution.
• Must have valid work authorization that does not currently and/or will not require future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Sogeti-Capgemini.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
• Enhance app functionality using PowerFX functions.
• Automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Design and implement data integrations using Power Automate to connect with external systems such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
• Utilize Dataverse for data storage and management.
• Create and maintain PCF Controls.
• Migrate SharePoint libraries and content.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain existing SharePoint sites.
• Perform basic SharePoint administration tasks, such as managing permissions and granting user access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
• Proven experience integrating and customizing SharePoint within Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint site development, content migration, and user access management.
• Experience building Power Automate flows to integrate data from external sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of PowerFX, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with PCF Controls and app lifecycle management.
• Experience building Power Automate flows to integrate data from external sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Pages, CoPilot Studio / CoPilot Agents, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
