Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Cloud Architect & Power Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem. This hybrid role combines strategic cloud architecture with deep, hands-on Power Platform expertise to deliver intelligent automation, modern apps, and integrated data services.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy
- Design end-to-end cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform
- Develop scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned with enterprise cloud strategy
- Define architectural standards, reusable components, and design patterns for solution delivery
Power Platform Engineering
- Build and configure Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) applications
- Design and implement Power Automate flows for automation and system integration
- Optimize data models in Dataverse and integrate external data sources (SQL, SharePoint, Azure)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Power BI dashboards and insights
Integration & DevOps
- Implement cloud-native integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and custom connectors
- Manage Power Platform ALM using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools
- Establish robust governance and security frameworks following Microsoft best practices
Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and promote low-code/no-code adoption across teams
- Lead solution delivery throughout the full SDLC (discovery to support)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years in cloud architecture, enterprise application development, or systems integration
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services:
- Azure Functions
- API Management
- Azure AD
- Logic Apps
- Strong understanding of Microsoft security, identity, and compliance frameworks
Preferred Certifications:
- PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
- AZ-305: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
- AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate
- MS-600: Building Apps and Solutions with Microsoft 365 Core Services
