Position Overview
They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join their investment team. The Associate will play a critical role in evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, supporting portfolio companies, and contributing to the overall investment strategy of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for potential investments
- Participate in all aspects of the deal process, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and execution
- Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee
- Support portfolio company management teams with strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and add-on acquisitions
- Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
- Collaborate with senior team members and external advisors to drive value creation
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated interest in private equity and investing across multiple sectors
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
