Process Development Engineer
North Little Rock, AR
Our client is a medium sized US based manufacturing company. All of their operations are in the US and so are most of their customers and most of their raw materials come from here in the US. Their business is growing, and they are increasing the overall headcount of their plant here in Central Arkansas. They’ve been here since the 1970’s, so they’re not likely to fold up shop and go somewhere else any time soon.
For this position we’re looking for someone with a BS in Chemical Engineering or similar 4-year Engineering degree, with 10+ years progressive product development experience in a polymers related processing industry (experience with PET, OPP, EVOH). A minimum of 3 years' experience in films/ laminations / flexible packaging is also required. Stage Gate reviews, commercialization, interaction with; operations, process engineering, sales, customers, suppliers. They don’t have much employee turnover so they like people with a stable work history.
Starting base salary is in the low $100’s. Very good healthcare benefits and matching 401k. Relo assistance available. Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa.
