Position Title: Apparel Photographer/Videographer

Report To: Vice President of Marketing

Work Site: Overland Park, KS – Onsite Position

Employment Details: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours a week

Job Overview:

Charlie Hustle is looking to add a visionary Photographer/Videographer to the team who is ready to capture our story through a bold and artistic lens. In this role, you will use your talents to craft visual experiences that will bring the Charlie Hustle brand to life. If you’ve got the eye, the drive, and the passion to make our marketing shine, we want you on our team. This position does require frequent travel to our local facilities and our art studio.

Responsibilities:

• Content, including ideation, creation, and management of assets.
• Storytelling, including connecting the brand to audiences on all platforms.
• Videos, including on-brand stories for YouTube, social media, and partner use.
• Create and execute ideas to tell stories about CH products; catch maximum customer interest.
• Connect the Charlie Hustle brand to potential customers via content.
• Generate videos, social media content, and blog content.
• Research and implement new ideas and ways to promote the brand.
• Retouching images.
• Collaborating professionally with client partners while capturing content both in-studio and on-site.
• Capturing product photography with attention to professional lighting and a premium feel.
• Travel as needed to different work locations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Outstanding storytelling abilities and videography.
• Experience working with athletes preferred.
• Experience working with sports organizations preferred.
• Proven experience creating targeted content for a company / brand.
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Adobe and editing platforms for video / content.
• Camera experience: both for photography and videos (CH will provide equipment).
• YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to frequently travel by means of your own vehicle to our location locations and art studio.
• Current and unrestricted driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

All positions in our office require interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting. In order to best service our customers, stores and vendors, all employees must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with or without reasonable accommodation. During certain busy times, all employees are expected to help fulfillment. Fulfillment may entail frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000
