PROJECT MANAGER - Neuroscience Research Team

Our client seeks a dynamic Project Manager to support and coordinate specialized neuroscience research in EEG, sleep studies, and pharmaceutical testing.

Your Role:

• Coordinate Research Projects – Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple neuroscience studies
• Support Scientific Teams – Facilitate collaboration between researchers and ensure smooth project execution
• Track Project Progress – Monitor study milestones, budgets, and data collection schedules
• Manage Communications – Coordinate meetings, prepare status reports, and liaise with internal teams and external partners
• Organize Study Operations – Schedule equipment usage, coordinate animal care protocols, and manage research logistics
• Maintain Documentation – Ensure proper record-keeping, regulatory compliance, and project documentation standards

What We're Looking For:

• PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience with EEG research and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with sleep studies and microdialysis techniques
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse scientific teams
• Experience with project management tools and research documentation
• Proven track record in coordinating neuroscience research projects
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently
