Admera Health is seeking a Temporary to possible Permanent position for a Project Specialist II/ Senior Project Specialist I to join our growing team!

Admera Health provides genomic and bioinformatic services supporting discovery through clinical research stages. Our services include solutions for genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, and bioinformatics. Title: Project Specialist II/Senior Project Specialist I

Department: Biopharma Services (Non-Lab, PM)

Location: South Plainfield, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of NGS projects, especially single cell and spatial transcriptomics projects.
• Work closely with R&D scientists, bioinformaticians, and lab teams to align project goals, timelines, and resources.
• Act as subject matter expert for troubleshooting projects and maintain in-depth scientific knowledge.
• Coordinate external collaborations with academic and industry partners as needed.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Assist with training PM team members on all project design, assessment, deliveries to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Any ad hoc tasks and assignment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Life Sciences with 3-5+ years of related experience required (PhD preferred).
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Single Cell or Spatial Transcriptomic Sequencing platforms is strongly preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a range of molecular biology techniques and knowledge required.
• PMP certification or formal training in project management is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation;

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Bonus Eligibility: Performance-based discretionary bonus.
