Real Estate Closing Attorney – Immediate Need

Location: Atlanta, GA; Savannah, GA

Our client, a respected and fast-growing real estate law firm, is seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough title examinations and resolve title issues to ensure clear property ownership.
  • Manage residential real estate closings from contract to completion.
  • Draft and review legal documents including deeds, affidavits, and closing statements.
  • Communicate effectively with all transaction parties including buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the closing process.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Active Bar license in the state of Georgia.
  • 2+ years of experience handling residential real estate closings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
