A Florida-based family-owned company in the tobacco industry is looking for a successful and motivated Receptionist to start immediately.

PAY RATE: $20-$22/hr.

Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists visitors/guests/vendors while logging their entries for record keeping.
• Assists with general office duties, including typing, bookkeeping, AP, faxing, etc.
• Manages telephone and email communication.
• Assists with reports and monthly books.
• Maintains communication with higher executives when needed
• Use of computers and office equipment.
• Follows housekeeping, hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and safety practices.
• Ensures all activities are followed by ISO 9001 requirements and FDA, GMP, OSHA & EPA regulations.

Requirements

• GED or 1 year of relevant experience
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Proficiency in computer use
• Comfortable working with numbers
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Pick up to 25 lbs
