This isn’t just another Restaurant Manager listing. It’s an opportunity to oversee all Food & Beverage operations at one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee all food and beverage operations in the Bright Angel complex, to include the Fred Harvey Burger, Arizona Steakhouse, employee cafeteria, lounge and the ice cream fountain
• Maintain a professional operation, ensure product quality and plate presentations
• Maintain labor costs in accordance with financial plan, seasonal business levels and special events

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Conducting legal compliance audits
• Handling IT infrastructure or complex systems maintenance

Basic Requirements

• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• 4 years salaried management experience in a multi-unit dining establishment.
• Experience with and knowledge of all front of the house positions with the ability to quickly assess service situations during the meal periods.
• Beer, liquor and wine knowledge is a must.
• Experience managing the financial aspects of a restaurant
• Ability to train and evaluate staff performance in a full-service restaurant.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Benefits

• Housing: A Private 2-Bedroom House for $222.00 per month. Utilities are paid by the employee. A $222.00 deposit is required.
