Job Summary:
Responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the cleaning cart in good order.
Clean windows, doors, walls, closets, bathrooms, floors, and furniture.
Change bed linens and inspect for cleanliness.
Vacuum rooms and hallways, including under furniture.
Restock towels, soaps, and room amenities.
Inspect locks and room equipment, report any issues.
Safeguard equipment, keys, and supplies at all times.
Requirements:
No formal education required; cleaning experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
Physical Demands:
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Push, pull, bend, stretch, and work with arms overhead.
Maneuver a fully loaded cart throughout shift.
