Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team. The Senior Project Manager role involves overseeing all projects and initiatives that involve our Merchandising and Web Experience/Web Content teams. He/she will facilitate communication between stakeholders and creative/operations teams, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and actionable. A strong eCommerce background is required; they should also demonstrate strong technical ability.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Merchandising and Web Experience teams, ensuring all parties are aligned.
• Triage incoming requests, categorize them appropriately, identify duplicate or conflicting requests, and assess priorities.
• Conduct discovery for Jira tickets, asking insightful questions to clarify requests and ensure they are actionable.
• Able to create a workflow that we will implement for future interdepartmental requests and collaboration.
• Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized Jira tickets to facilitate seamless communication between teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders during the execution process to address questions or changes.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to brainstorm solutions, address roadblocks, or align on priorities.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and prioritize requests effectively.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to ensure that optimal initiatives are developed.
• Understands and can implement the market research and analysis done by the Merchandising team.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise between Merchandising and Content/Web Experience stakeholders.
• Understands both business needs and the state of the market.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Proactive in seeking information, asking questions, and understanding new concepts.
• Ability to learn and understand technical systems and tools quickly.

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

• Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
• Familiarity with our core categories (photography, video, or audio) and a passion to learn more.
• Background in process improvement or workflow optimization.

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

8+ years Project Management Experience

Strong UI/UX Knowledge

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, engineering, or a related field preferred
