Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support business decision-making and drive company performance. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, long-term planning, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial results, monitor variances, and identify trends or issues affecting financial performance. Prepare and maintain complex financial models and forecasts. Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business performance and recommend actionable insights. Present financial reports and insights to senior leadership and assist in strategic decision-making. Perform variance and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities. Support M&A, investment, and capital allocation analyses, as needed. Assist in preparing board materials, investor presentations, and internal reports. Ensure financial practices comply with internal policies and external regulations. Qualifications: Required: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. ~4–6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles. ~ Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. ~ Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ~ Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Preferred: MBA or CFA designation is a plus. Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a bonus. Key Competencies: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
