We’re looking for passionate and energetic Soccer Coaches to join our team and help young players develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. If you enjoy working with kids and have a strong soccer background, this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, engaging, and kids appropriate soccer training sessions
• Teach fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Support and challenge players across all skill levels (ages 4–14)
• Create a safe and positive environment where every player can grow
• Provide feedback to help players improve
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with fellow coaches
• Attend team games, events, and occasional staff meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Prior coaching or kids' sports experience (soccer preferred)
• Strong knowledge of soccer skills and training methods
• Excellent with kids — encouraging, patient, and positive
• Reliable and committed to evening/weekend availability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Coaching certifications (USSF, UEFA, NSCAA, etc.) are a plus
• Must pass a background check (as required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
