Bucketsquad is a fast-growing basketball apparel brand dedicated to creating clothing and products loved by basketball athletes and fans of the sport. We're building a movement that celebrates basketball culture and are founded and led by YouTube’s largest basketball creator, Jesser (23M subscribers, 2x Streamy Sports Creator of the Year).

Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager who lives and breathes basketball culture and can translate our brand's energy into scroll-stopping content. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller who is hungry to build and can make our brand voice resonate across multiple platforms while driving engagement, growth and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute against a comprehensive social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging, high-quality content that captures the essence of basketball culture and Bucketsquad's brand identity.
• Manage daily social media operations, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Develop and manage influencer partnerships within the basketball community.
• Track and analyze social media metrics, providing monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Create trending, viral-potential content that showcases our apparel in authentic basketball contexts.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion industry, sports experience a plus.
• Proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement.
• Exceptional content creation skills with video editing and photography abilities.
• Deep understanding of men’s fashion, basketball culture and current social media trends.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in social media performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in Premier Pro or other similar editing platforms. 
• Advanced smartphone video and photo skills.
• Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under time pressure.
• Must possess strong writing skills.
• Detail-oriented and possesses excellent project management skills.
