Job Description

**Job Title: Solar General Labor** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated solar laborers and installers to use basic hand tools to change out clamps on an existing solar project. The ideal candidates will complete work in a timely and safe manner while adhering to specific instructions. Comfort with personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, glasses, vests, hard hats, and face shields is required. Responsibilities include general labor tasks such as dismantling and assembling racks, as well as heavy lifting. Candidates should also be comfortable working outside. **Responsibilities** + Use basic hand tools to change out clamps on existing solar projects. + Complete tasks in a timely and safe manner following specific instructions. + Perform general labor tasks such as dismantling and assembling racks. + Engage in heavy lifting and be comfortable working outdoors. **Essential Skills** + Experience in solar, general labor, or construction. + Ability to use hand and power tools. + Familiarity with solar panel installation and assembly. + Mechanically inclined with commercial building construction or solar experience. + OSHA 10 certification (can be obtained before starting if not already held). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Past experience in solar installations. + Mechanically inclined with a construction experience. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy catered lunches and opportunities for growth, as evidenced by past employees who advanced to roles such as Product Manager and Head Engineer. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
