We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our client, a nationally recognized financial services firm, in an interim capacity. This role will be responsible for supporting the Investment Division, prioritizing the needs of the Chief Investment Officer. Your day-to-day will include calendar and travel management, expense reporting, and serving as the main conduit of information between the front, middle, and back offices of the division. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this role! The ideal candidate will also have a track record of proven success as an Executive Assistant, an Illinois Notary Public certification, and a proactive work ethic.
