As we scale, we’re looking for a TikTok Live Stream Moderator  to support the production and smooth execution of our TikTok live events. 

Location: Culver City, LA CA (Only 1 min away from TikTok headquarter !)

Pay: $18-$30 per hour  plus commission and performance bonus

No experience? No problem!

We’ll provide full training . As long as you’re enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, we’ve got you covered.

As a Livestream Assistant, you’ll work closely with our production team, livestream hosts, and editors to make sure each stream runs smoothly, professionally, and on schedule. You’ll help manage live chat, flag inappropriate comments, assist with product cues, and communicate in real-time with the stream team.

Key Responsibilities

• Before Streaming:
• Set up livestream equipment including lighting, camera angles, and tech tools (OBS, TikTok Live Center, etc.)
• Prepare product assets, promo banners, and talking points for the host
• Coordinate with the livestream host to ensure everything is ready to go
• During Streaming:
• Operate livestream dashboard tools and monitor stream health
• Engage with viewers in the live chat to boost energy and interaction
• Support the host in promoting products and encouraging purchases
• Respond to viewer questions and help manage the flow of the chat
• Communicate with the team in real-time and help troubleshoot any issues
• After Streaming:

· Track and record basic performance metrics (viewership, sales, engagement, etc.)

· Provide feedback on what went well and what can be improved

· Help organize assets and reset for the next stream

Who You Are

• Passionate about social media, livestreaming, and video production
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Live, OBS, or similar tools is a plus
• Organized, communicative, and able to work in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable with multitasking and providing technical support when needed
• Flexible with hours and responsive to real-time feedback
• Bonus but not required: Experience in e-commerce, studio setup, or social media moderation
