Job Title: Transfer Pricing AnalystJob Description This role is integral in supporting the Tax Department to accurately report and manage income tax liabilities to various authorities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The position focuses on financial modeling and economic analyses related to transfer pricing planning and compliance. Additionally, it involves interaction and coordination with foreign related companies on relevant transfer pricing matters. Responsibilities + Develop and maintain complex financial models for compliance with transfer pricing regulations. + Gather, analyze, and troubleshoot data for use in financial and economic models. + Check and confirm the accuracy of data, identifying discrepancies. + Perform comparable company search and screening for transfer pricing documentation studies. + Provide responses to tax guidelines and inquiries. + Analyze results of economic and financial models and make relevant recommendations. + Calculate required transfer pricing adjustments, including markups and royalty rates. + Prepare contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation studies and assist in submissions for audits. + Coordinate and collaborate with external advisors and internal departments on transfer pricing projects. + Research important transfer pricing issues and communicate results effectively. Essential Skills + 4 years of transfer pricing experience with a major multinational corporation or equivalent. + Solid understanding of US transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines. + Understanding of general accounting, finance, and economic concepts. + Strong analytic capabilities to interpret financial model results. + Advanced MS-Excel modeling skills for complex financial and economic models. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Highly organized, able to work independently and reliably. Work Environment The position requires on-site work, with flexibility for up to 40% remote work if needed. The environment involves collaboration with various departments and external advisors, focusing on detailed data analysis and modeling. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
