As the Tribal Operations Manager, you’ll be a key leader driving organizational cohesion and supporting departmental efficiencies across the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. You’ll coordinate daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring services run smoothly and teams work together to deliver meaningful results for Tribal citizens and the broader community.

The Manager oversees departmental operations, supports grant management and reporting, and facilitates employee development and retention initiatives. You will develop and maintain robust reporting and auditing processes to analyze operational effectiveness, ensuring that performance data is regularly reviewed and used to inform decision-making. By fostering collaboration, supporting fiscal responsibility, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the Tribe’s programs and upholding the Tribe’s values of respect, integrity, and cultural stewardship.
