Validation Manager

Are you an experienced, hands-on Validation Engineer looking for a new challenge?

BPV are seeking a meticulous and proactive Validation Engineer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing manufacturing and packaging processes within the cosmetic, OTC, and medical device sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of critical validation projects from conception to completion.

What you will be doing:

• Independently planning and executing a full range of validation studies for equipment, facilities, and utilities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Authoring, reviewing, and managing all validation documentation, including protocols, reports, discrepancies, and addendums, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
• Ensuring all validation activities are compliant with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Acting as a subject matter expert, providing technical support to other departments and training operations staff on new protocols and procedures.
• Driving continuous improvement by developing and enhancing validation programmes and contributing to GMP systems.
• Supporting external audits and working with the quality team to implement effective corrective actions.

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a validation role within a cGMP facility.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations and industry practices.
• Proven experience in writing, reviewing, and executing IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A background in pharmaceuticals is a plus.
• Experience with Cleaning Validation and Computer Systems Validation is highly desirable.

• An individual with a degree in Engineering or Chemistry, or who has a strong understanding of the mechanics of how equipment works and product composition.
