Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

We’re partnering with a clinical-stage biotech company to identify a Vendor Oversight Manager to join their Development Operations team on a contract basis. This is a new and evolving function for the organization, and they're looking for someone who can bring structure and consistency to vendor oversight across clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with study teams onsite to establish and execute vendor oversight processes.
• Help build out a vendor oversight framework for the Development Operations function.
• Provide hands-on, centralized management of vendors supporting clinical programs.
• Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day vendor communication and coordination.

Ideal Candidate:

• Several years of vendor oversight experience in a sponsor setting (biotech or pharma).
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal structure.
• Strong background in clinical operations and familiarity with clinical trial workflows.
• Experienced in managing vendors directly—no people management responsibilities.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate face-to-face with internal teams.
