CG Detroit®, the sister company of the JRT agency®, is growing and raising the bar in the world of graphics – and we’re looking for a talented, experienced Graphics Installer ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of indoor and outdoor vinyl graphics, including fleet and show vehicles, architectural wraps, signage and murals
• Perform full and partial wrap installations, including die-cut lettering, logos, color changes and transition wraps
• Ensure quality and consistency across projects, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
• Collaborate closely with production and design teams, as well as interface with clients when needed
• Mentor junior installers and contribute to team training as leadership opportunities arise
• Help define and evolve installation processes as we expand the department

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in vinyl graphics installation
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a leader within a team
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively on-site
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain professional client relationships

Bonus Skills (Great to Have)

• 3M Certification or equivalent – we will send you to be trained
• Experience in estimating install times or managing install projects
• Ability to help train and guide junior installers
