Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Production Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Pendergrass, GA facility. This role requires an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at team development, and can balance both production oversight and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven management experience, and the ability to “take the ball and run with it” as they establish themselves as the facility’s General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and production operations (70% floor presence, 30% administrative duties)
• Lead, coach, and train a team of 20–25 employees (currently 19, primarily new hires)
• Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, and terminations as needed
• Order inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure efficient inbound/outbound flow
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
• Support heavy equipment and steel plate/heavy plate with burn-to-size parts operations
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, drive efficiency, and meet production goals

Qualifications

Required:

• 5–10 years of warehouse operations experience
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience
• Proven production management experience
• Strong job tenure (no job hoppers)
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to work closely with employees

Preferred:

• Background in wholesale heavy equipment (Kubota or similar)
• Experience with steel plate/heavy plate operations
• Prior facility-level GM responsibilities
