Billing Supervisor – Remote

🕒 13 Weeks Contract

💰 Pay: $30–$32/hr

Pride Health is hiring a Billing Supervisor for a remote 13-week contract opportunity! This position oversees billing and coding operations for multiple clinic locations and ensures accurate claims processing, compliance, and timely reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise billers and coders to ensure accurate and timely claim processing.
• Oversee insurance eligibility, claims processing, denials, appeals, and remittance posting.
• Manage financial reporting, data collection, and month-end reporting.
• Contact insurance carriers for certifications, claim updates, and appeals as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and clinic leadership to address coding or billing concerns.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of clinic billing/coding experience or CPC certification with 5 years of experience — Required
• 2+ years of experience using E-Clinical Works (ECW) — Required
• Managerial/supervisory experience — Required
• High school diploma — Required; Bachelor’s or college-level education — Preferred
• Proficiency with ICD-10, CPT, and clinical (not hospital) billing — Required
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing codes and financial reporting — Required
