Role: Concrete Estimator

Salary: $110K-$120K + Benefits

We’re looking for a Concrete Estimator to join our team and play a key role in shaping the success of our projects. This isn’t just about numbers – it’s about understanding construction, materials, and methods, and using that knowledge to create accurate, competitive, and realistic estimates.

Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Break down projects into materials, labor, plant, and subcontractor costs.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to understand practical build requirements.
• Maintain and update internal cost databases and benchmarking tools.
• Provide input on tender strategies and identify value engineering opportunities.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a concrete estimator, ideally in commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex project requirements.
• Strong communication skills – you’ll be working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
