Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (hybrid)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, relational database concepts, and data analytics. This role requires excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including update sets, scripting, and table constructs.
  • Implement and manage data import/export sets and REST/Table APIs.
  • Ensure reliable analytics by translating service models into CSDM and CMDB structures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business KPIs into technical solutions.
  • Utilize Agile/Scrum practices, including ATF, versioning, and release pipelines.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, including update sets, scripting, ACLs, and app scopes.
  • Basic understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
  • Experience with Metric Definitions, Metric Instances, Script Includes, and Scheduled Scripts.
  • Proficiency in UI Builder and Platform Analytics.
  • Solid SQL and data modeling skills, including data models and cubes.
  • Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse.
  • Familiarity with Predictive Intelligence, including classification, similarity, clustering, and model lifecycle.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS (e.g., ITSM, Discovery, CMDB), Performance Analytics & Reporting Micro-Cert, and Predictive Intelligence Micro-Cert.
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL Server Management.
  • Background in data governance, including glossary, lineage, stewardship, and PII/security controls.
  • Knowledge of data archiving, archive table design, and off-platform storage patterns.
  • Exposure to Discovery/Service Mapping and its impact on CMDB data quality and reporting.

Pay Range: $60 - $72

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
